Opened in 2020, it is the largest dedicated Esports arena in South Korea with an impressive 1,005 seats.

Features & Facilities

The Gwangju E-Sports Arena has a more of a classic arena design with large rows of seating all facing the centre stage. There’s a nice center stage with an interesting curved walkway at the front.

There is a large LED screen front and center, with 2 smaller screens either side.

History

Construction started in 2019 before the Arena was unveiled December 20, 2020. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic of 2020 it wasn’t able to host many live events as soon as it opened.
